Turkey Mushroom Sliders

Turkey Mushroom Sliders is the recipe that I’m gonna be sharing with you today. This kind of sandwich/sliders is very popular in our home. I make sliders all year round, it’s very convenient to make and easy.

Turkey mushroom sliders are a great dish to carry or serve is many parties. It’s something that can easily be served as appetizers while waiting for that delicious main dish you are preparing. Whenever I throw a party for my husband and kids I always make sliders/sandwiches like this because it’s easy.

Using turkey on this recipe is even better. If you watch your diet or something. But even with the ground turkey meat, these sliders are delicious. If you are like me who loves cooking extra pieces so we can have leftovers. You can easily store whatever left in the fridge and re-heat is whenever you need it.

This turkey mushroom sliders are mouthwatering, and just looking at the pictures can definitely make you hungry. Yeah, while making this post don’t think I am not thinking of getting into my fridge and finding something that I can snack.

You can make 3 lb pack of turkey instead of 1 lb one. You can make-up as many as want, and if you can eat it all that day or week. You can easily put this in the freezer but without the lettuce because it might get saggy.

Recipe Notes

Whenever I make these kinds of sliders I often double my recipe instead of using 1 lb of meat.  Most of the time I end up buying about 3-4 lbs meat, half will be made as sliders, and the rest I just store if for something like meatballs since my kids love eating meatballs as well.

Leftover sliders are very easy to re-heat, you can either use your microwave or oven.  A lot of times my husband use the oven because he said it's so much better that way.  But you are welcome to heat it in the microwave as well.
