Whenever I make these kinds of sliders I often double my recipe instead of using 1 lb of meat. Most of the time I end up buying about 3-4 lbs meat, half will be made as sliders, and the rest I just store if for something like meatballs since my kids love eating meatballs as well.
Leftover sliders are very easy to re-heat, you can either use your microwave or oven. A lot of times my husband use the oven because he said it’s so much better that way. But you are welcome to heat it in the microwave as well.
