Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Main while, prep your muffin mold by adding muffin liners.
Using the measuring cup or small bowl pour vegetable oil, milk, and egg. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
In a different bowl add all dry ingredients, mix well. Pour the wet mixtures mix using the spatula until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Then add the canned of blueberry, mix gently until it’s all combined.
Scoop about a ¼ cup into the muffin liners, repeat until it’s all finish. Once you finish sprinkle white sugar on the top of the muffins before baking.
Baked for 25 minutes or until the muffins are done.
