I am sure a lot of you out there love Cream Of Mushroom Chicken as we do. However, we have to watch what’s in the cream of mushroom chicken before we can eat. The reason is that of my daughter and I are both gluten-free and dairy-free. We can tolerate the dairy more than we can the gluten. There is some food that has gluten that does not bother us as much as the cream of mushroom.

The reason why I decided to make my own cream of mushroom is that one night I I made dinner. It was cream of mushroom chicken, it never crosses my mind that cream of mushroom use wheat. Luckily it didn’t bother my daughter stomach as much. However, on the other hand, both of my ankles are swollen, very itchy and red. My husband asked me what have you eaten today?
