Another Way of Drinking Vinegar & Water. I know a lot of people doesn’t like the taste of just vinegar and water. So the other day I was asking my friend who take water and vinegar daily.  She hardly take any medication because all she take is the water and vinegar. 

So below are list of what you can do and mix.  One thing that I have changed since I talked to my friend about water and vinegar is warming it up each time I drink it.


Adding a tablespoon on honey into the mixture of water and vinegar is really good for you.

The next thing you can add is cinnamon.  Just add about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in the mixture and it definitely make a big difference.

The last thing you can add is the lemon.  On mine I just slice the lemon in half and squeeze it in my water and vinegar and save the other half for later.

After I added everything, I heat it up either in the microwave for 30 second or using the stove just enough for it to be warm.  I must say warming up the drink is really good.  Well at least to me it’s really good, I like it a lot of better than just drinking it cold.  So if you don’t like the taste of vinegar, you might want to try this method.  Even my step-daughter like it this way.

Infused Water 

I am sure you all heard or know about infusing water.  I do it all the time since that is the only I can have crew drink water. I add orange, cucumber, kiwi and strawberry and 2 tablespoon of honey.

Adding the Honey make it taste really good.  To make the Honey melt good, I warm water in a small pot and then pur the Honey and stir it until it’s melted . Then just pour the mixture in the pitcher with all the ingredients and mix the well.

Let it sit in the fridge for few hours, to get a real good taste of the flavour.  I refill this three times, then I throw the fruits away, start from the beginning. This is very healthy and my kids and husband loves it.
