Georgia Aquarium

Georgia Aquarium is the best place to take your kids to see all sort of stuff.  My husband and I worked a lot during the week, but we promised ourselves that every weekend.  Our daughter has been wanting to go back to the Atlanta Aquarium.  It was a lot of fun watching our daughter enjoyed the fishes and other things.  Georgia Aquarium is a pretty big place to walk around. However, our daughter didn’t give up walking at all, although my husband and I carried her every now and then. But most of the day she was walking enjoying the scenery of the aquarium.

At our daughter age, it’s more fun to take her to a lot of places because now she can’t appreciate and enjoy the scenery.  We wanted to do the behind the scene however, my husband said that maybe we should wait until she is a little bit older that way she will have more fun.  A few years back we did the behind the scene tour and it was a lot of fun.  Both of our kids had so much fun since then I told my husband that when our daughter gets bigger we will take her to the Atlanta Aquarium. This place is huge, it gets really busy so it’s great if you visit the place early especially if you want to visit the aquarium on the weekend.  We went there on Sunday we got there while other people were still in church so it was not that crowded.

One thing though, they close early on Sunday around 5:00 p.m Atlanta time.  So if you are planning on going there on Sunday make sure that you remember what time they close.  My husband and I thought we won’t be able to finish, however, we were very surprised that we were able to walk the entire place for under 4 hours.  Of course, we sat for a little bit to eat and get something to drink.  We did bathroom break as well, their restroom is very clean.  The staff at Atlanta Aquarium are very friendly and helpful. The food, on the other hand, is pretty high price but we all know that already as it’s the same thing in any other aquarium, zoo and other places.

We had a lot of fun watching the wales, dolphins and shark swimming.  We also saw few divers inside the aquarium which was a lot of fun, our daughter was very entertained by it.  If you are visiting Atlanta soon don’t forget to visit the aquarium is definitely a lot of fun and your kids will have a lot of stories to tell for days.

Have you been to Atlanta? What places have you visited? Did you enjoy your visit? Let me in the comments down below.  Thank for visiting my blog and for spending your time reading our little adventure in Atlanta Aquarium.
