Pizza Night

Tuesday Pizza night, since non of us feel the best to really cook or anything.  I decided to just simply make some pizza.  I bought some chicken the day that I baked, vegetables, and whole wheat pizza.  Our ingredients is pretty simple and I will tell you this dinner was done under 15 minutes. Yes it was very quick.

Ingredients I use are the following :
  1. 1 cup of shredded chicken
  2. 1/2 cup onions chopped
  3. 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/4 cup mushroom (since I was the only one that is eating mushroom)
  5. handful of spinach
  6. cheese of your choice (on our we use the mozzarella cheese

I bought this pizza crust from Aldi store. It’s whole wheat and it does taste really good. The pizza we made tonight was all gone. I love how crunchy the edge of this pizza once it was cook.
The girls put the sauce first (which by the way came with the pizza). Also we added some extra sauce since it was not enough.
Ready to be baked. We pre-heat the oven to 475 and reduce it to 425, I baked this for 10 minutes.
This is how it look once it cook.  I love that the vegetables are not over cook.  They are cook just perfect.
We each have two slices of pizza, and I must say we are all surprised how this pizza turns out.

Pizza night is not bad at all. The girls really enjoyed making the pizza, I have to prepare all the ingredients to make it easier for them to baked it.

  1. I love family pizza night. I like to grab more personal sized pre-made crusts. It may cost a little more, but it’s a special treat that that kids get to prepare their own pizzas just for them, just the way they want!

  2. Friday is my pizza night! Great timing =D
I like to add mushroom on my pizza but never think of adding spinach. as it comes I have some fresh spinach in the fridge waiting to be used. Thank you for the inspiration!

  3. This is actually a really great idea, specially since my 4yo love pizza. He’s my Toddler Mutan Ninja!!! I’m sure he would love to be part of the process, thanks for sharing!!
