Today I am going to share you this recipe that my step-daughter made up. She has been cooking this for a long time before I was pregnant of my first child. She called this as “Lexi Special” loaded with ground meat and vegetables and some awesome spice.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup of mushroom
- 1 cup of celery
- 1/4 cup of jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon of any spice you want to use
- 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 1 bag of chips
- salt & pepper to taste

After it’s done this is how it looks. You can eat it with chips or wrap it with tortillas. After the meat was brown she just add all the ingredients together let is simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until some of the vegetables are kind cook. Then she served it with brown rice.
Very easy to make with your kids because the ingredients are so simple and kids friendly. Let me know if you try this recipe. Thank you all for stopping by here in my blog.
Quite creative for your step-daughter to make! 😊
She has been making this since I can remember. She can cook other things but this is her specialty.
I love the idea of just eating this with chips! Yummy!!
Thank you chelsea.
