Preparing A Week Meal

On this preparation I just use chicken and season them different way with vegetables and basmati brown rice.  Let’s get started.


  1. 15 Chicken Breast depends really on how many in going to be eating or how many member you have in your house.
  2. Variety of spice that you like to use.
  3. Salt & pepper
  4. 3 Can of Great Northern Beans.
  5. 1 Bag of the Mix Vegetables (you can find on frozen area)
  6. Brown rice
I have about 8 chicken breast on this bowl that I seasoned with ginger paste, salt and pepper, oregano and other spice that I like to use.

After baking the chicken I them in the container together with my great northern beans and mixed vegetables.
This one right here the chicken was baked different and was seasoned different.  I slice them into small pieced for my daughter.
Brown rice and chicken with broccoli .


I made 7 meal for lunch and dinner, and have some left overs.  If you are preparing this for yourself you can definitely have this over a week.  My husband and I we try to portion what we eat that way we are not eating too much.  Anyway, hope that this idea help you in the future on how to prepare your meal for a week.
