On this preparation I just use chicken and season them different way with vegetables and basmati brown rice. Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- 15 Chicken Breast depends really on how many in going to be eating or how many member you have in your house.
- Variety of spice that you like to use.
- Salt & pepper
- 3 Can of Great Northern Beans.
- 1 Bag of the Mix Vegetables (you can find on frozen area)
- Brown rice




I made 7 meal for lunch and dinner, and have some left overs. If you are preparing this for yourself you can definitely have this over a week. My husband and I we try to portion what we eat that way we are not eating too much. Anyway, hope that this idea help you in the future on how to prepare your meal for a week.
