This dinner is pretty easy and quick. It’s healthier no frying required. This year one of the changes thag my husband and I want a to achieve is “No frying food”. I bought a 85% lean and 15% meat the other day . I put spice on my hamburger meat and form it to patties.
The vegetables I just bought a big bag of frozen mix vegetable. Anyway, I baked it until the meat is cook. This is very delicious, my husband loves it.
