In the Philippines when we make chicken soup it’s not like how we make here in United States. There we always put either bok choy or cabbage. There are different vegetables that we put on our chicken soup. This chicken soup i made the other day, i did not want to throw away some the chicken breast bones since it still have some meat on it. So what i did is made some chicken soup and mixed with the veggies and spice. This turn out really good. This kind of soup is perfect on winter… It’s simple and easy and the ingredients are not hard to find at all.
