Controlling Our Eating Habit

Me and my husband managed to control our eating habit. There are times that we only eat twice a day, and sometimes three times a day plus snacks. As my husband said he want’s us to be healthy all the time, so we need to eat healthy food which we have been you know. I cook different kind of food which is healthy for all of us. There are some people that even though they only eat a little they still gain weight. I know few people that are using some weight loss products because of they just keep gaining weight. I don’t understand though, they really don’t eat much yet they still gained weight. It must have to do with what kind of food they are eating. Anyway, that’s all for now and you all enjoy the beautiful sunshine outside.
