Well I gained couple lbs. about three months ago and luckily I loss it for eating right food. I just eat some veggies with meat and a bit of rice. I still eat rice even though I need to lose weight, however, doesn’t mean that every time you have some rice you will gained weight because if that is the case I would’ve gained it all. Anyway, my husband and I talked about going to a web site and see how much colories we should take everyday. So I thought I’d go ahead and look for it that way I can contrl my eating more.
