Cancelled My Account

Yesterday I decided to cancel my T-Mobile account. Not because I was not happy with the service, it was because I don’t have any coverage in the area where I lived. I called three times to the customer service and I got frustrated, because the other representative told me some false info. So finally the third time I called I got the person who understand and also got same experienced as I do.

So instead of paying $200 just like the other representative told me. He wave all the fees since he said there’s no coverage in my area. I was so happy when he told me that I don’t have to pay anything. Just like I told him it’s not worth it to have my phone line and pay my monthly without even using it. So now I am glad to cut it off and have a different phone service. That’s all for now and you all have a great time.
