Beef With Turnips and Collard Green

Have you tried turnip and collard greens yet? Well I’m sure most of you did. Anyway, it’s one of my favorite vegetables since I arrived here in US.


3 lbs. beef
4 beef cubes
5 cups of water
collard green
1 onions
3 tbs. oil
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. garlic salt pepper
1 tsp. any spicy you have


1. Heat the oil in the pot.
2. Add the onions for 3 minutes
3. Then add the beef and let it cook for 20 minutes
4. While waiting for the beef.
5. Boil the water, beef cubes and the other spicy into a different pot.
6. Let is boil, after boiling turn of the heat.
7. After 20 minutes, add the one that you just boiled to the beef.
8. Add the vegetables, and let it cook for 25 minutes.
