Oven Beef Stew


2 lbs beef
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. vinegar
2 tbs. wine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 water
3 tbs. ketchup
2 carrots (sliced)
3 potatoes (sliced)
4 beef cubes
1 can (411g) stewed tomato
1 small tomato (sliced)


1. Preheat the oven to 420 deg.
2. Mix the flour and the water well.
3. In a mixing bowl put the beef, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and wine.
4. After mixing, put them in a Pyrex, including the slice tomato and put it in the oven.
5. Bake for 35 minutes.
6. Then add the carrots, potatoes, ketchup, and the 1 can stewed tomato.
7. Lower the heat to 350 deg.
8. Bake it for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
