Pre-heat the oven in 350 degrees. In the baking sheet put spray with olive oil spray, add the water, then put the squash face down. Baked for 20 minutes, or until the squash is Al dente. “Do Not Over Bake”.
In a big pan, heat-up the oil. Once the oil is ready, add the onions and garlic and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, carrots, parsley, salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combine. Sizzle for about 2 minutes.
Then add the turkey, stir and let it brown. About 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the spaghetti sauce, mix all the ingredients until it’s well combine. Bring to boil, and simmer it for about 15 minutes.
Once the squash is done baking, let it cool down, then using the fork slowly scrape the spaghetti squash.
Afrer scraping the spaghetti squash, top it with turkey spaghetti sauce, and the cheese of your choice.
