These muffins were amazing, I was very pleased with the turns out. I must say these we so moist & delicious blueberry muffins I have tasted. I have made muffins before but it was not as moist as this. Using the canned blueberries was my second choice since I didn’t have fresh blueberries on hand. However, using the canned blueberries helped these muffins to be even moister.
I used all purpose flour as well, the preparation was quick. It took me about 15 minutes preparing all the ingredients. These are perfect snacks to make for your kids after school, both of our girls enjoyed it and so is my husband. I know I probably end up eating about 4 muffins. We also ate these muffins during breakfast pairing with a cup of coffee or even chocolate milk.
I used my ¼ measuring to measure how much I put on each muffins mold. When they are done baking the sizes of these muffins/cupcakes are pretty much the same. I am just very pleased that these are so moist & delicious blueberry muffins. I know I will be making these again. If you want to add toppings to these muffins, you can easy make any toppings you want. But these time I choose to leave it plain.
Although I sprinkle some white sugar before I bake them, and also dip about three muffins on the white sugar after it was baked. I decided to just leave them the way it is. So I hope that you all enjoy this recipe, please don’t forget to like, comment and share this post.
