Ingredients
  • 1 – 2 banana blossoms cleaned and cut into thin slice
  • 4 gloves of garlic minced
  • 1 small tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tbps ginger sliced
  • ½ onions sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tbps soy sauce

Instructions
  1. Clean the banana blossoms by taking off few of the layers. I took off about -5 layer of the skin.
  2. Slice the banana blossoms or chopped it like I did. Then soak it in the water with salt, about 5 cups of water with a lot of salt. Soak it for about 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, wash the banana blossoms, & squeeze all the juice out of the banana blossoms. Rinse it three times.
  4. Heat up the oil in the pan, once it’s hot add the onions and ginger. Sauteed it for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
  5. Then add the garlic and tomatoes, stir it really ood and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the banana blossoms, salt, pepper, soy sauce and water. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice.
