Ingredients
  • 8 cups water (add more water if you want more soup)
  • 1 medium tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh ginger (you can cut this in half if you don’t want too much ginger)
  • ½ cup onions sliced
  • 1 bundle sweet potato leaves (about 4 cups, you can use a lot of little it’s all depends on you)
  • 1 knorr cube
  • tbsp sinigang mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 whole serrano peppers washed do no cut
  • 2 banana peppers washed
  • 1 salmon fish head cut and cleaned (you can use different fish if you want)

Instructions
  1. In the big pot boil the water on high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling add the ginger, tomatoes, and onions. Let it boil again for about 3 minutes.
  3. Then add the salmon fish head, boil it again and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and let it cook for another 7 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice or you can eat the soup the way it is.
