Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup onions dice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 jars prego spaghetti sauce
  • 2 bags Mama Lucia Meatballs (any brand will do)
  • 2 bags Celentano Cheese Tortellini
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to top after it’s cook

Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta according to the package direction.
  2. Mainwhile, heatup your oil in a big pot enough to hold your pasta and sauce mix.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the onions, sautee it for about 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Then add the diced tomatoes, the spaghetti sauce and the meatballs.
  5. Let it simmer for 10 minutes in medium heat.
  6. When the pasta is done boiling, turn off the stove. Drained and add it to the sauce mixture.
  7. Serve with parmesan cheese on the top.
Recipe Notes

This dinner is a lot, so if you don’t like eating leftovers.  You can cut this recipe in half, for me I love cooking a lot so I can save the rest for lunch or dinner for the week.  You can even put some in the freezer and just heat up whenever you need it.
