Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground chicken (or any meat you want)
  • 1 8 0z Pancit Canton
  • cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 3 stalk green onions (chopped, for topping)
  • 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 cup carrots
  • ½ cup onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 4 cups water (add two cups at a time)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Heat up the oil in a big pot or wok. Then add onions, garlic, and saute for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the meat, soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combine and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add your water, carrots, and green beans. Bring to boil. Let it boil for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cabbage, and pancit canton. Mix well. Add water and salt if needed.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

I used 4 cups of water total, and I also added more salt and ground black pepper to this recipe to get the taste I want.  So you are welcome to add more salt and pepper but make sure that you add little at a time so it won’t get salty.
