This would be fun to make with your kids as well, and make it as a family time in the kitchen. My daughter and I love being in the kitchen together baking. Its our other way of bonding with each other. This no bake peanut butter and chocolate brownie bites recipe would also be perfect to carry to a lot of gathering.

With chocolate chips included to this recipe, we all know this would be hard to resist. If you are like me who does love baking something with chocolate chips then you will definitely love this recipe.

This would be an ideal appetizer or dessert for me. Because it’s loaded with the ingredients that I love. One thing I love the most about this recipe is it doesn’t need to be cook nor bake at all. Just a little bit of time in the kitchen and there you have it, a nice no bake peanut butter and chocolate brownie bites recipe.

As summer approaching, no baking recipe is a must for me. Just because I don’t like using my oven so much. A dessert like this would be a perfect gifts to a lot of gathering that we gonna attend this summer. My favorite of all on the procedure is forming the balls, yeah, this is fun because it brings back so much memories of my childhood. We have spent so much time in the kitchen with my mom and dad. Cooking and baking, although we didn’t have oven growing up but my parents had some alternative way of baking our dessert.

Chocolate and peanut butter is a great combination. Then add almond flour and shredded coconuts, oh it’s even better. Adding to that is the peanut butter protein powder, this recipe just keeps getting even more delicious.

What’s great about this one is you can easily store this in tight container if you and your family can’t eat it all.

But I doubt this kind of dessert would last the next day. Because of how delicious it is.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup or 25 sugar free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup swerve powdered sugar devided
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup nuts
  • 3 tbsp coconut or almond flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp truvia nectar

Instructions
  1. Steps 1-4: Add cocoa powder, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, flour and peanut butter protein powder to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Steps 5-6: Add nuts and coconut. Mix together.
  3. Steps 7-9: Add Chips, vanilla, and Truvia Nectar.
  4. Steps 10-11: Add peanut butter and mix very well with a sturdy spoon. Place bowl in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to firm up the mixture. This makes rolling it into balls much easier.
  5. Steps 12-13: Roll into 1” balls and place on a cookie sheet. Put back in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  6. Steps 14-16: Combine remaining powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix together. Remove balls from fridge and roll into the mixture. Store in an airtight container in a cool area or in the fridge.
Recipe Notes

This makes approximately 25 1" balls.  So this can feed about 20 people easy, but we have to remember some may want another ball, especially how delicious this is.
