Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour all-purpose
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of butter melted
  • 1 cup of raisins
Servings:
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and salt, and mix until well combined.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk, honey and butter, and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the honey mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well and add the raisins.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before removing from the loaf pan.
  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
