Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • ½ cup white onions (Dice)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (Washed and Slice)
  • 6 gloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Garbanzo bean flour (any gluten flour will work)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp cheese of your choice

Instructions
  1. Put the chicken in a small bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper then mix well.
  2. Turn your stove to medium high and heat up the skillet. Once the skillet is hot enough, add your olive oil.
  3. Add few of the chicken, sear both side until it’s brown. Do not cook them all the way since we will be cooking them with the sauce.
  4. Repeat this method until all the chicken is all brown. Set them aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add your butter, garlic, and onions sauteed for about 2 minutes until your onions are translucent.
  6. Add the mushroom, parsley, salt & pepper, water, and milk. Mix it well and bring to boil.
  7. Once it’s boiling add your flour, add more flour if needed. Add your chicken one at a time. Make sure you taste the sauce before you add the chicken to make sure you don’t need any more salt or pepper.
  8. Let it cook in medium high heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Until the chicken is tender.
  9. Five minutes before the chicken is done cooking add your cornstarch and cheese. Mix it well, and let it continue cooking.
  10. Serve warm with rice or any sides you want.
