Ingredients
  • 1 lbs Ground Meat any ground meat you want to use
  • 3 gloves garlic chopped
  • ½ cup green tomatoes chopped, you can use red tomatoes if you don’t have green available.
  • 2 tbsp ginger slice or chopped
  • 1 small sayote cut in cubes
  • 1 cup green beans chopped
  • ½ cup onions chopped
  • 1 cup carrots cut in cubes
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
  1. Turn your stove in medium, in the skillet brown your ground meat. Stir it every now and then that way you won’t burn the meat.
  2. Once it’s brown add your onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, sayote, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper & water. Mix it well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients and let is cook for another 5 to 8 minutes until your vegetables is cook. Do not over cook the vegetables.
  4. When your done cooking, serve it with brown rice or tortillas.
