Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes Recipe

Today I am sharing you this gluten-free banana pancakes. I always love eating pancakes, however, I am allergic to anything with flour or wheat, I stopped eating pancakes. Until I found out that there is a gluten-free flour that I can buy.  The price for gluten-free is a bit high but definitely worth it.  My husband was telling me that sometimes you have to spend more on food to meet what you need.

This gluten-free banana pancake is not hard to make at all. In fact, when I was making this pancakes my husband and kids were like hmmm I wonder how it’s gonna taste. I used two ripe bananas, two organic eggs, ½ cup white sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1½ cup gluten-free flour and ½ cup milk. I used the electric mixer to make mix the butter well.

I smashed the ripe banana in a big mix bowl, then once I finished smashing the banana, I added the rest of the ingredients. Gluten-free banana pancake is very tasty and doesn’t require much of ingredients. I used the iron skillet that I received for my birthday. Using this iron skillet makes your pancakes cook evenly and faster.

I made about 6 gluten-free banana pancakes with this recipe. I made a big size of the pancakes enough to fill us up. The pancakes were so moist and so delicious.

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • cup gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 organic eggs
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
  1. In the big mixing bowl smashed the two ripe banana well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well using the electric mixer.
  3. Mix until the pancakes butter is well incorporated.
  4. Heat up the iron skillet for about 4 minutes.
  5. Add about a cup of the butter, cook each side for about 1 to 2 minutes each side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite pancakes syrup.
