Ingredients
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 bundle sweet potato leaves (cleaned, about 3 cups)
  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 4 stalks green onions (cut )
  • 1 small tomato (sliced)
  • 1 small onions (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp salt (add more if needed)
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 5 pcs fish (cleaned, any fish will do)

Instructions
  1. In a big pot, add your water and let it boil.
  2. Then add the tomatoes, ginger, onions and fish sauce. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fish, and boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the sweet potato leaves, salt and pepper. Stir carefully, and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice and enjoy.
