This is great for all occasion, if you have grill inside you can make this all year round. This batch I made feed on 20 people. I marinade this for two days but you can always marinade this overnight or 4 hours if you don’t have time.

Ingredients
  • 6 Boneless Chicken cut into strips
  • ½ cup Banana Ketchup you can get at any asian store
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 head garlic minced
  • ½ cup soda i used sunkist but any soda will do
Basting Sauce
  • ½ cup Banana Ketchup
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 gloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
  1. Slice your chicken or pork into strips.
  2. Add all the ingredients, mix it all together before adding it to the meat.
  3. Marinate for 4 hours if you don’t have enough time. Or you can marinate it overnight as well.
  4. After marinating start putting the meat to the skewer.
  5. Grill it at 350 deg, flipping twice before basting the meat. Brush the meat with the basting sauce before it’s done cooking.
  6. Grill the mean until it’s cook or tender.
  7. Serve with rice or any you want to go with the bbq.
