Ingredients
  • 1 jar prego sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • lbs Ground Meat (I used deer meat, but you can use any ground meat you want)
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup bell pepper (I used red, yellow and orange)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Mexican blend cheese

Instructions
  1. In a big pot heat up your olive oil, when the oil is ready add the garlic and onions. Let it sautee for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees while waiting for the meat sauce and noodles to be done cooking.
  3. Then add the ground meat of your choice. Mix well and let it brown.
  4. When the meat is brown, add all the ingredients except for the cheese and noodles. Mix well and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. While waiting for the meat sauce to finish cooking. In a big pot add some water enough to boiled the noodles. Let the water boil and add the noodles.
  6. Cook the noodles for about 5 minutes, drained and set aside.
  7. Once the meat sauce is done cooking turn of the heat and start layering all the ingredients in your lasagna pan.
  8. Add meat mixture in the bottom of the pan so the noodles won’t stick.
  9. Start layering by adding meat sauce in the bottom, then the noodles, then the meat sauce, and then the cheese. Repeat until you finish using all the ingredients.
  10. Baked for 30 minutes in 375 degrees.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
