Ingredients
  • 6 small cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes washed
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice (you can use vinegar if you don’t have lemon)
  • 1 tsp pepper flakes
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl add the cucumber, onions, tomatoes, mix well.
  2. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well and let it sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes

If you want to eat this salad right away, then you don’t have to let it sit in the fridge.  You can eat this as soon as you finish preparing it.
