Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ of the small onions sliced
  • ½ of the small tomato sliced
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 stalked lemongrass chopped
  • 3 tbsp ginger sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions
  1. In a big bowl add the meat, soy sauce, lemon juice, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for an hour to three hours. Depends if you are serving this for lunch ideal would be an hour. If you serve this for dinner marinate it for about three hours.
  2. Once the marinte is complete, heat your oil in the skillet.
  3. Add the ginger, lemongrass and garlic. Stir and watch to avoid burning the garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Then add the onions, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. After two minutes add your tomatoes and continue cooking for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour your marinted meat with the sauce. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Add the water, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Let it cook for about 20 to 25 minutes in medium heat.
  6. Cook the meat more if it’s not tender enough before adding the cream of mushroom.
  7. Once the meat is tender, add your cream of mushroom and let it cook for another 5 minutes or so. Add salt if need, remember to taste your mixture first before adding anything.
  8. Serve hot with rice and other vegetables.
