Ingredients
  • 1 small onions chopped
  • 3 stalked of green onions chopped
  • 3 stalked of celery chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • ½ Cabbage about 2 cups (
  • 4 small carrots about 2 cups
  • 1 bag of noodles anyway noodles you prefer is fine
  • 3 chicken breast boiled and chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 gloves garlic crushed and diced

Instructions
  1. In the pot add about 8 cups of water, let it boil. Once it’s boiled add the chicken breast and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is cook and tender.
  2. Main while on the other pot heat up the olive oil. When it’s ready added the onions , garlic and green onions. Let is sauteed for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, and sauteed it for another 3 minutes. Stirring constantly to avoid burning the garlic.
  4. Add the carrots and celery, let it sauteed for about 2 minutes.
  5. Then add the chopped chicken and the broth you have from boiling the chicken. You can add more water or use a chicken broth if need. Cooked it for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cabbage and noodles, as it cooked remember that the noodle will suck up alot of liquid so you might want to add chicken broth.
  7. Let it cooked until the noodles is done.
  8. Serve warm with some crackers or just eat by itself.
Recipe Notes

I forgot to mention that I also added some italian seasoning on this soup and dried parsley.  But it’s totally optional though, I just wanted to have more flavor that will compliment the other ingredients.
