Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp butter melted and split into three (1 tbsp each)
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 4 chicken breast (3 cups) sliced into thin
  • 1 big size onions sliced
  • 1 pkg. provolone cheese
  • 1 pkg. mozarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 360 Degrees F.
  2. Heat your iron skillet, then add 1 tablespoon of the butter.
  3. Once the butter is hot, add your thin slice chicken. Seasoned it with salt and pepper to taste and cook it for about 5 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cook.
  4. When the chicken is done cooking, take it out from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet add another 1 tablespoon of butter. When the butter is hot add your onions & sauteed until the onions is translucent.
  6. Then add the mushrooms, cook for another 2 minutes and then add the chicken broth. Let it boil for another 1 minute, then add the sour cream.
  7. Mix the ingredients well. Allow to boil for about two minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, melt your butter together with the parsley and garlic while waiting for your chicken to be done.
  9. Add the chicken that you have sit aside earlier. Mix well, and cook for another 3 minutes.
  10. After the mixture is done cooking. Prepare your disposable aluminum foil pan. Spray the bottom with non stick butter.
  11. Cut your hawaiin bread in half, add the bottom part of the bread in the pan, and start assembling your sandwich.
  12. Layering is up to you, I did bread, mozarella cheese, chicken mixtures and provolone. You can do one layer or two layer it’s all up to you.
  13. Once it’s all finish, before putting the sandwich in the oven brush the top of it with the melted butter mixture.
  14. Put it in the oven and let it cook for about 35 to 45 minutes.
  15. Serve it warm and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

The way I melted my butter have I used a small saucepan I added about one cup of water.  I turn the heat to medium, I also use one ball ring to let me bowl sit on it, to melt my butter and also to give my garlic to cook a little.
