Cauliflower Turkey Pizza is the recipe that I’m gonna be sharing with you today. Our youngest one love eating pizza, however, we just can’t buy any pizza that she wants since she is gluten-free. Finding gluten-free pizza around our area is impossible. I told my husband that I need to learn how to make cauliflower pizza that way we all can enjoy it and it’s healthy as well. Talking about one excited kid in the house, when our youngest daughter found out that we are making cauliflower pizza, the reaction we got was just priceless.
Cauliflower Turkey Pizza is something that we definitely gonna be making again. It turns out so delicious, and it was cheesy as well. Definitely, feed the craving our daughter, you can use any meat you want. I was thinking on using shredded chicken next time or even beef just to see which one taste the best. If your kids don’t like eating vegetables, you can definitely serve this cauliflower turkey pizza to them without any problem. I doubt they will even know the difference in the crust.
The crust was pretty easy to make, and what I did to have the crust I want. After I grated the cauliflower, I sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of salt and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then using a clean cloth, squeeze the moisture out of it, then start combing all the ingredients. Let the crust bake for about 20 minutes or until it golden brown but not burnt. Take it out from the oven and start assembling your pizza, by adding the sauce first and followed the rest of the ingredients.
Once the pizza is done baking, let it cool down for few minutes, then start slicking and serve warm. For me this is the best cauliflower turkey pizza ever, I cannot wait to make another version of this recipe. This is a perfect pizza to anyone that is gluten-free or simply wants to eat healthy pizza.
