Pre-heat your skillet ( i used cast iron)
When the skillet is ready, add the olive oil. Let it heat up for a bout a minute.
Then add the asparagus, squash, onions, ginger and mushroom. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
When you have 2 minutes left from your time. Don’t forget to add your garlic.
After 10 minutes add your grated cauliflower, salt and pepper. Mix it well and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve this with any meat you want to eat. Enjoy.
