Today I am sharing you this called Cauliflower Rice Pilaf. I was inspired by one of the youtuber Flavcity who cooking nothing but healthy food meal prep. And of course he cooked different kind of food as well not just all diet. This cauliflower rice pilaf is perfect for my meal prepping since I am trying to lose weight and don’t really want to eat brown rice everyday.
The recipe is very simple and easy to make, with just few ingredients needed. Making this recipe was a lot of fun,with all the ingredients combine it’s definitely healthier for you. Cauliflower rice pilaf is definitely worth trying, you will be surprised at how good this taste. Perfect to be eaten with baked chicken, fish or any meat that you wish to eat.
Prepping the ingredients doesn’t take a long time at all. I had these ingredients ready within 10 minutes. And of course you can’t forget to wash all your vegetables before cutting them. I also didn’t use too much oil on this recipe, to keep it in a low fat area. That being said, I am trying to lose my belly fat so I am avoiding all the fats as much as I can.
