Ingredients
  • 3 cups Beef Honeycomb Tripe cooked and sliced
  • 1 small tomatoes sliced
  • 1 small onions sliced
  • 3 stalked of green onions cut in desired length
  • 1 tbsp onions sliced
  • 2 cups Cabbage thin sliced
  • 2 cups green beas cut in desired cut style
  • 1 ½ cups carrots thin sliced
  • 2 cups of the honeycomb tripe broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
  1. In a skillet heat up the oil. Then add the ginger and onions. Cooked it for about 5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes, and let is sauteed for about 3 minutes.
  3. Then add the carrots and green beans. Let is sautee for about 4 minutes.
  4. Add the honeycomb tripe, cook for about 3 minutes in slow heat.
  5. Add the cabbage, the broth, salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes. Remember not to overcooked the vegetables.
  6. Serve with rice or tacos
Recipe Notes

Before cooking the stir-fry remember to let our tripe cook first for about 3 hours so it will be tender.
