BBQ Chicken Pinwheels

BBQ Chicken Pinwheels is the recipe I am sharing with you today.  This BBQ Chicken Pinwheels recipe so very easy to make, and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. Since we are stranded at home and not able to work due to the bad weather we have here in Alabama, I decided why not make something that everyone will like.  Something easy that my husband and daughter would enjoy.  This was made with some of my chicken I bought from Walmart.

Every now and then when I go to Walmart to buy some groceries, I always try to pick the rotisserie. Most of the time, if I don’t feel like cooking, rotisserie is my to go.  My kids and husband love this kind of chicken and all I have to do it buy the sides or even just make mac and cheese, and rice.  Now when you buy rotisserie chicken anywhere you can pretty much pattern this with anything. However, my favorite to pair with the chicken is rice and back potatoes.

On this recipe that I am sharing with you today, the chicken I used to make the pinwheel is about 3 cups.  Then I mixed it with my favorite bbq and added it to my pizza dough I bought.  The pizza dough I use is the Pillsbury, they are easy to unroll. However, I also recommend buying the pizza dough at Publix. Their dough is fresh and perfect to use in this recipe as well.

Bbq chicken pinwheels are great to offer for appetizers or even during the game day.  This is really perfect for snacks or for a meal.  I have to be honest, when I made this chicken pinwheels it didn’t last as long to finish it at all. My husband and daughter enjoyed it a lot, you can use some dipping sauce on this one as well.
