Today I’m sharing you this banana pancakes recipe that I learned from my mom growing up. Making banana pancakes is so and it was the quickest snacks that my mom can make after we get home from school. Although, sometimes we ask for it on our birthday instead of buying as a cake. Yes, these pancakes are sweet, and you don’t need any syrup to eat it. You can eat just by itself as a snack or if you want to make it fancier you can pour syrup on the top of it.
Growing up my mom always brush the top of it with some star margarine, and sprinkle with white sugar. It’s basically our cake every day, that’s what we called when we were young. My favorite about this pancakes/fritters is it’s very easy to store and you can heat it up the next day without any problem.
