Bulgogi with Kimchi Lettuce Wraps

Bulgogi with Kimchi Lettuce Wraps is a very healthy and delicious dish that a lot of Korean loves to it. I remembered the first time I ate Bulgogi, I instantly was in love with it.  The flavoring and the vegetables that are included in this dish is just amazing.  Bulgogi is a Korean style grilled or roasted dish made using the thin slice of beef or pork.  It’s marinade with homemade sauce using the Korean pears.  You can grill this dish or cook on a stove-top griddle.   However, if you don’t have the grill or the griddle you can also cook this using just the skillet

I make this kind of dish every now and then since a friend of our taught me how to make it at home.  You can also find a different recipe on Youtube, there are so many ways to make this dish.  I believed you also make this vegetarian just by using tofu.   If you don’t want to go through the hassle of making the sauce at home.  You can also buy the ready to use sauce at any Asian store.

Although, I prefer making the sauce my way every now and then I buy the ready to use sauce.  Just because I don’t have the complete ingredients for making the sauce at home. Bulgogi with Kimchi Lettuce Wraps is a healthy dish to offer to your guest or even for you to eat each week.  Though, it’s not something that I want to eat twice a week, however, eating this once a week or every two weeks would be ideal. 11 Food You Typically See At Filipino Party

Going to a Filipino party is a lot of fun, not only we prepare a lot of food.  But we also do karaoke and dancing, we love to eat so each party we love cooking a lot of food for our guest. Today I am sharing you 11 food you typically see at most of the Filipino party.  There’s more different food really, but today I decided to just share you this 11 food that most of my friends cook each party we have.

Each year we have a lot of party around my area, from birthday, holidays and other occasions.  And each time we always have a potluck where all the guest can bring food.  But a lot of time the hostess always end-up cooking a lot of fun that is enough for the guest to carry home.  Yes, when there is a lot of leftovers, after party the hostess will let her guest carry some food. I know it’s not a custom here in the US but in the Philippines, we always send food when our guest goes home.

My husband and kids their main favorite to eat at the party is the eggrolls.  For some reason that is always the first one, they want to eat.  And of course the chicken adobo, and oh yeah I don’t have it on my list here.  That is because I cannot find my adobo pictures, it’s odd but I know I saved it somewhere on my hard drive. Quick and Easy Dinner

Today I am sharing you this recipe that is quick and easy.  I don’t know if I have mentioned it before but when I am not here blogging, other than working I also do coupon.  Quick and Easy dinner is a must in our house especially when we have a busy schedule.  The ingredients I used in this recipe are very simple and easy to find at the store.

Most of these products I have used before and I like it. The Celentano they had some coupons out last month I believed and it was on sale at Publix buy1 get1 free so I took advantage on that sale.  The Mama Lucia Italian style meatballs, it’s my first time to use it.  The meatballs itself to be gluten-free is delicious, this was on sale as well buy1 get1 free with coupons on the top of it, I pretty much got it very low.

Prego spaghetti sauce is one of our favorite sauce to use here at home.  This was also on sale buy1 get1 free, and Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes were also on sale.  So for this dinner, it only cost me under $15 for everything, and I am feeding 4 including myself.

Quick and Easy Dinner is something I prepare every now and then when I don’t really what to spend a lot of my time in the kitchen. Although, sometimes I enjoy taking my time preparing a delicious meal for my husband and kids. The pasta and meatballs together is very delicious.

Normally when I do spaghetti or anything with pasta I always add vegetables on them.  I chopped the vegetables so my kids won’t be able to push it to the side of their plates. Read more

Perfect to eat when your sick…

I grow up eating this rice soup . There is another name of this but for now for some reason I cannot remember it at all. Since we are all sick her ex I decided to make this soup. This is almost like the grits really. You can flavor this with chickens or even boiled eggs. Most of the time I just throw some left over chicken, onions, ginger, salt and pepper . Very easy to make.

On this one since I have some juices from baking chicken, I added some of it in my soup just to give it more flavor. Also you can add soy sauce before you eat the soup if you like soy sauce.
