Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip is my step-daughter favorite to eat with chips.  So, what I did was I research what is the best way to make buffalo chicken dip without buying so many ingredients.  This buffalo chicken dip only a few ingredients and took me about 20 minutes to bake it.   We bought the scoop tortillas at Walmart and that’s we pair this dip with.

The ingredients I used for this recipe are the following: 4 cups of shredded chicken, 2 8oz cream cheese, 1 cup of ranch, ½ cup hot sauce (add more hot sauce if you like it very spicy), and then 1 cup of shredded cheese.  The reason I only used ½ cup of the hot sauce, is because my kids cannot handle food that is very spicy.   My husband and step-daughter loved this buffalo chicken dip, I was happy that it turns out the way I expected.

I used my pyrex to bake this dip, I just mix everything until it’s well combined.  Baked it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, and after it finished baking let it sit for just 3 minutes and serve it with your favorite chips.  This is perfect to serve on get together, tailgating, or any fun with the family and friends.

I hope that you all enjoy this recipe, and please don’t forget to follow my blog.
