Homemade Crunch Wrap

Hello everyone . Today I am sharing you this Homemade Crunch Wrap recipe.  I am sure a lot of you love the crunch wrap that you get at fast food, we do too.  My husband favorite to eat when we don’t have time to cook at home is crunch wrap.  So the other day I decided to make a homemade crunch wrap.  The preparation is fairly quick and you can add anything you want on this recipe.

So let’s get this recipe started.

Homemade Crunch Wrap


  • 6 Soft Tacos (I used soft tacos since I am using a medium size skillet)
  • 1 lbs of ground meat ( I used deer meat since that's what I have on hand)
  • ½ cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 sachet of taco seasoning
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 cup of cheese
  • 1½ cup of chips
  • ½ cup of water


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 deg
  2. In a medium size skillet (if you have cast iron it's better) brown you ground meat. Drained any fat to keep it healthy.
  3. Once the meat is brown at the taco seasoning and water. Mix well, let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, and transfer your meat mixture to a bowl.
  5. Rinse your skillet, dry it and spray it with oil so that tortilla won't stick in the bottom.
  6. Now start assembling, first layer your soft tacos in your skillet.
  7. Then add the refried beans evenly. Top it with the meat mixtures.
  8. Add the cheese and cilantro.
  9. Add the chips of your choice, and top it with one soft taco so it will close good.
  10. Now fold each taco for closure.
  11. Baked this for 20 minutes.

Let me know what you think about this recipe.  This is very delicious and easy, you can also use the big soft tortillas on this recipe.  Remember you can add anything on this recipe, you don’t have to follow what I have written on her.  This is within our diet, so if you don’t like refried beans, you can replace it with brown rice.
