Hey there guys.
I’m going to tell you a little bit about my day-to-day life.
At the moment I am working within the Social Media & Digital Marketing sector. My morning normally consists of my alarm waking me up at around 7 am (I usually ignore it and go back to sleep). When I finally get out of bed I choose my outfit, have a wash, do my make-up, sort out my hair and go downstairs.
I don’t eat breakfast. I know it’s bad and I know I should but I really don’t like eating in the morning. I usually then grab a cup of coffee and just sit down until it is time for me to leave.
I don’t drive at the moment, so I have to get the bus to work every day. I leave my house at 8:10 am, and start work at 9 am.
I do my normal days work and leave at 6 pm. When I get home I usually cook dinner for my whole family, then clean up afterwards. By the time I get home I am ready to go back to bed, but I know that even just by cooking dinner, it helps my parent out a lot.
Waking up at 7 am is a struggle for me because I really love my sleep, but I also love my job. I don’t wake up every morning and dread the day ahead. I go to work with high spirits and every day I tell my colleagues that the day is going to be a good day!
Positivity is key, as it’s what gets me through a long day at work.
How do you guys deal with mornings? Are you like me and don’t want to move out of bed, or are you a morning person? I know that I definitely am not as I love my bed too much!
