Onw of my thing this year is to keep eating healthy. So each night there is two thing that my husband and I started doing, for dinner we do protein shake and some nights we do eat salad.
Trying to keep our healthy body, I think eating is good over all. It keeps us young active and healthy all the time. Although sometimes it’s hard to avoid being sick. Anyway, salad is something that we like to eat at might. We do eat some at lunch as well but with different mixtures of veggies.
