The other day i wasn’t really sure what to cook or anything, however I have all these sausage and chicken. So what I did was just put all the vegetables together, sliced it the way I want it. Then i baked it for over 45 minutes. I covered it with foil to keep the chicken from drying. I seasoned this with salt and peppers, Italian seasoning and powdered garlic. This came out really good and it’s healthy as well. For me this is quick and easy meal, since i am on the go all the time. Keep it simple and healthy is what i love to do.
