Pandesal is a very common bread in my country. It’s a sweet bread that we always eat for breakfast with coffee and sweet rice. It has been awhile since i ate some pandesal so i thought well i will make some here in the house, that way it’s fresh homemade pandesal. I must say the baking was great, it didn’t rise much since it was a bit cold but a friend of mine gave me an idea how to make it rise for next time i make another batch of pandesal. This bread is very good for snack or breakfast with hot chocolate or coffee oh yes it’s yummy.
