Me and my husband are so proud to say that we are feeling good since we have been cutting down our meal. Also we have been working out to stay healthy.. This is our two weeks of working out and i must say we have loss weight and it feels awesome. We are strict on our diet, it’s because we want to stay healthy all the time. We don’t get tired like we used to and we have more energy. Anyway, hope we can continue doing this kind of behavior because i am loving it. Thank goodness i have a personal trainer when it comes to working out.
