This is what i ate yesterday for breakfast. It was a lot of food but i manages to finished it all. I am a big eater yes but i am proud of it. I think my metabolism is so fast and each time i see food i just can’t eat a little. Egg, bacon and rice for breakfast oh so perfect. I don’t cooked rice everyday but there are some days i just want to have some rice with some veggies. My husband told me that rice is fattening and is not good for my body, that’s why i am adjusting the amount of rice i eat. Have to listen to my husband to stay healthy.
