Okay in my country we called this “maruya” banana coated with brown sugar syrup. I did not really think that my husband will love it as much as I do. But when I made this for the first time he ate a bunch was a bit upset cause I dropped one on the floor. Well I did not know that he loves it so much, and when I took the plate back to the kitchen I accidentally the rest of the sweet banana. So I went back to trade day to get the banana that I use and made it again a week after that and we love it. It’s been awhile since I have this kind of cooking you know, so I thought I’d give it try see if I can get it without messing it up :). That’s all for now enjoy everyone.
